What we do for you every month

What counts as a change
- One change is one small update: new prices, swapping photos, editing the text on a page, adding a room, a tour or a menu item
- Something bigger, like a new section or feature, is a small project. We tell you the price first
- Each change is made within 2 working days of your request
- Changes you do not use carry over to the next month

What it costs
From 150,000 RWF a month
The first year is included with every new website we build. After that, you choose to continue, month by month.
The price depends on the size of your website and how much help you need. We tell you the exact amount before you start.
Questions about Codacre Care
Can I stop any time?
Yes. Tell us 30 days before, and we hand everything over to you properly: your website, your accounts and your passwords.
What if I need more than 8 changes in a month?
We tell you the price for the extra changes first. Nothing is added without your yes.
Can I join if Codacre did not build my website?
Yes. We look at your website first and tell you honestly if we can look after it well.
Do unused changes carry over to next month?
Yes. Changes you do not use this month move to the next one.
Do you come to us, or work remotely?
Both. We do changes, emails, renewals and dashboard help remotely, so they are fast. When you need us on site, we come, anywhere in the country.
